Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISE .dmp files not deleting from the /opt/oracle/base/admin/cpm10/dpdump location even if we perform the reset-config on the node.
This causes the support bundle to remain exceptionally large even with the fresh config on the node.

Conditions:
ISE backups failing and dmp files not deleting from dpdump folder due to which support bundle from CLI will be large. If we do a reset-config in this situation, .dmp files still not cleared from db.
