Description (partial)

Using batch provisioning to create/import Extension Mobility service templates, the Service Information for the created template will contain incorrect Service URL, and have 2nd line with only Service Name value containing "loginType=XX"

+The URL in the Service Information column of the batch job will be incorrect, containing extra characters "amp;"

*Found when using the Domain batch file exported in PCP 12.6 SU1 to create the exported templates in batch provisioning.

*Happens when using non-default EM Service URL containing "&" (to specify login type)

Using: "http://<ipaddress>:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#&loginType=DN"
instead of the default: "http://<ipaddress>:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#"
