Description (partial)

When the "https only" setting is used, the IPv4 Address:<IP address> link at the top of the page will not take you to the phone's web page unless you manually edit the browser's address field to include the "s" in "https://"

"HTTPS Server" field on the Phone's product specific configuration or Enterprise Phone Configuration set to "https only".  Multiple versions affected 12.5, 12.0, 11.5, etc
