Symptom:
Since 39.3, Webex meetings add a new feature for audio device setting: 
Follow the system settings" option in the VoIP speaker/mic selection menus. 
Use system setting is the recommended option in meetings. 
If the user plugs out an audio device, the saved/last audio device would be removed and it would be automatically changed to the option: Use system setting.

Conditions:
Steps:
1 Select headsets in the audio list, not the first(Use system setting) one.
2 Plug out headsets, the audio would be reset to Use system setting.
3 Plugin original headsets.
Expect:
Webex should re-select original headsets in audio option

Actual:
Webex remains Use system setting.
