Description (partial)

Symptom:
At present, once the customer selects any agent for reskilling, by default CCEAdmin redirects to "General Tab". The customer wants default tab selection to "Skill groups" Tab to save your time while reskilling agents.

Conditions:
The default behavior of the CCEAdmin portal
