Description (partial)

Telnet/SSH does not work when when the source is an IPv6 link-local address if there is an IPv6 access class applied to the VTY lines. Seen on C1100 series routers. Connections are refused even if link-local address is permitted by the ACL.

ipv6 access class is applied to VTY lines:
