Symptom:
In a 9904 chassis with RSP880 and an A99 LC is swapped with an A9K LC, the new A9K LC sees multicast traffic drop only on a few subset of flows. Drops are seen on RSP880 switch fabric device and can be checked using "show controller fabric crossbar statistics" CLI.

Conditions:
Problem is limited to 9904 chassis with RSP880. And the trigger for the problem is swapping an A99 LC with an A9K LC.
