Description (partial)

Symptom:
If the WxT app is closed on the iPhone and you get an incoming call you see the incoming call ringing, you can swipe to answer call, and a Call Timer starts that makes it appear as if call is answered, but it actually isn't. The calling party keeps getting ring back tone, so the call never gets established 

This condition only occurs if the WxT app is closed, no matter if the iPhone is unlocked or locked, the call never gets established 

This issue is not present if the WxT app is opened (running in the background)

Conditions:
WxT app iOS 13.3.1 is closed
