Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cat9200 and Cat9200L switches have incorrect values set when it comes to CoPP profile.
Ingress Queue Scheduled [IQS] shaper has not been disabled
Stack Queue Scheduler [SQS] shaper is set to 1.4Gbps which might not be the optimal value
with linerate control plane traffic of different sorts it is possible to exceed SQS limit and this traffic will be policed down
since high priority traffic goes to the same CPU Queue it is possible to exceed the limit and various control plane packets might get dropped

Conditions:
Cat9200 or Cat9200L switches
very high rate or even linerate control-plane traffic
