Symptom: On Prime Infrastructure's Administration > System Settings > Account Settings page, the username and password fields do not clear after clicking reset. No API call gets generated upon clicking this button. Conditions: To observe this behavior, go to System Settings (General -> Account Settings), enter a username and password, then click Reset.
