Description (partial)

Symptom:
FED MAIN EVENT process slowly leaks memory.

Check this with: 

# show platform software process memory switch active r0 all sorted

Used memory is seen under RSS.

Conditions:
* You will see that FED MAIN EVENT memory keeps growing like below:

* If you turn on callsite debugs for fed: 
+ debug platform software memory fed switch active alloc callsite start.

* After at least 24 hours, you can check the allocations for each callsite and the following callsite will have a big diff_call value:
