Description (partial)

Symptom:
When downloading the WebEx Desktop App from the WebEx Site Modern View, the web page doesn't connect when click 'Download'. 

When downloading any client tool from the WebEx Site Classic View, there is no issues. The download URL points to one of the Web nodes FQDN at port 8444.

Conditions:
CWMS 4.0 MR2 2000 Users with IRP and HA
