Description (partial)

Symptom:
User claimed into a Webex Teams organization are presented with options upon sign-in on how they would like to proceed with their old account, regardless of the option selected, nothing happens and the options remain on screen. This occurs upon every sign-in after the user account was claimed, even if the user already choose an option.

Conditions:
User being claimed into enterprise organization existed in a different enterprise organization and the admin of this organization has deleted the user's old account before the user had a chance to login to their new account and select how they would like to proceed with their old account.
