7.0.1.BASE

Description (partial)

Symptom:
bh_esd process crash

Conditions:
While doing SU from V1 to V2, aldrin FPGA goes into reset state. To do a reset of Aldrin a script is invoked and on process side there is an API to check Aldrin status.

In few of the APIs of bh_esd process Aldrin status was not checked and if Aldrin is offline and code tries to access it then that can result in bh_esd process crash.

These availability checks have been added to solve this issue.
