Description (partial)

Symptom:
When traffic is configured to bps >4.0 (15%FEC and 27%FEC) traffic hits (UCB) can occur when ambient temperature is ramping down by a delta T >35degC

Conditions:
Present with all  L-Band 1.2TLinecard HW 10-3400-01  and independent from SW release used.
Reproducibility <10% with temp ramp delta of 55degC (problem present on ~3 % of the cards)
Problem is induced by spontaneous ITLA frequency variation, the DSP tracking cant follow. 
Cause effect mechanism on ITLA net yet understood
