Description (partial)

Symptom:
Router gets following error messages in log buffer as soon as BGP monitoring protocol configuration is applied and VPNv4/6 peer states are up:

Jan  3 20:09:38.113 MET: %BGP-3-BMP_MEMORY: BMP Memory Utilization currently at 191349274, exceeds threshold 104857600
Jan  3 20:09:43.245 MET: %BGP-3-BMP_MEMORY: BMP Memory Utilization currently at 191349274, exceeds threshold 104857600

Conditions:
Configure BMP server in BGP process after reload
