Description (partial)

Symptom:
Deploy CCP Tenant Cluster, selecting Load Balancers, Nodes, CPUs etc allow negative numbers by clicking the Up/Down +/- arrow buttons

Number validation changes the number to NaN if a non-numeric character is entered, or number deleted. Should just ignore non-numeric.

Field contans number 2
User may click field, select 2, delete, in order to replace with number 3
Field will detect removed number 2, replace with 'NaN' and disrupt user from entering number 3 instead
Should allow removing number, and only validate on cursor moving outside of textbox / lose focus

Conditions:
Number validation changes the number to NaN if a non-numeric character is entered. Should just ignore non-numeric.
