Description (partial)

Symptom:
custom output service policy unexpectedly remarks DSCP marking for all traffic regardless of what class map the outgoing traffic is classified too.

Conditions:
in order to reproduce this behavior to general conditions must be met on the same switch. For traffic that has a certain DSCP marking that is entering and being forwarded by the switch, lets call the ingressing interface the access interface and the egressing interface the uplink;

1. dscp table map is placed under the class class-default of the custom output service policy that is used for uplink
2. a table map is used on the input service policy for class class-default on the access interface
