Description (partial)

The poke-hole packets to the Vbond are not sent out. As a result, the NAT state is not maintained.

When the device needs to communicate with the Vbond again, a new NAT mapping may be created. The new
public IP address would result in a churn of the data plane (e.g., BFD).

When the vmanage control connection flaps, cEdge will talk to vbond first to get the ip address of vmanage. During this process there is a change in the public port (NAT), which would result in flap of BFD sessions.
