Cisco Bug: CSCvs90207 - On cEDGE all the BFD session flap if there is a control connection flap to vmanage

- Cisco SD-WAN
- Cisco XE SD-WAN Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: The poke-hole packets to the Vbond are not sent out. As a result, the NAT state is not maintained. When the device needs to communicate with the Vbond again, a new NAT mapping may be created. The new public IP address would result in a churn of the data plane (e.g., BFD). Conditions: When the vmanage control connection flaps, cEdge will talk to vbond first to get the ip address of vmanage. During this process there is a change in the public port (NAT), which would result in flap of BFD sessions.
