Symptom:
This defect has been filed to track a request to optimize CSM client memory utilization for the 'Conflict Detection' feature than can cause CSM clients to crash when managing large ACLs and having this feature enabled.  Please see CSCvn69662 for additional details.

Conditions:
This issue can be experienced under the following conditions:

1.  Managing security devices with CSM with the 'Conflict Detection' feature enabled.
2.  Managing very large ACL policies
3.  The CSM client machine has less than 16GB of memory
