Description (partial)

Symptom:
The conference event logs will show that the TMS instructs the IX/CTS unit to dial in, and even after the TMS receives feedback from the CTS/IX device that it is successfully connected, the conference event logs will not show the device as connected. A few minutes into the conference, the conference event logs will show a message for the CMS that the device is disconnected. When reviewing the CTS/IX or CMS at that time, the call will show as successfully connected.

Conditions:
A scheduled CMS hosted conference, and the CTS/IX endpoints are set to dial into the CMS
