Symptom:
Nexus 7K with crash on ipfib process

2019 Dec 11 12:44:39.976866 N7-JF24-1 %$ VDC-1 %$ %SYSMGR-SLOT4-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "ipfib" (PID 1030) hasn't caught signal 6 (core will be saved).

Conditions:
Experiencing high CPU utilization on N7K-M224XP-23L cards installed in our Nexus 7000 devices.

In addition to high CPU usage saw that some diagnostic commands are not responding or are responding intermittently:
