Description (partial)

Symptom:
'Active Call' icon does not disappear from the chat (Conversation) tab header after the call ends. It prevents user from closing the tab as the 'Close' button/icon does not appear when hovering over the tab.

Conditions:
- Jabber in Deskphone mode
- Calling a number from Contact Profile
- Called number translation occurs at CUCM, so it does not match originally Called number from the Contact Profile and a separate Conversation tab is created for the call
