Description (partial)

Symptom:
cPtpClockPortRunningRole is not displaying correct values, which always displaying the values as 0

Conditions:
While doing snmpwalk for cPtpClockPortRunningRole(1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.760.1.2.9.1.7), it should display value 1 for master and 2 for slave. But it was displaying always 0

Platforms effected : IE2000, IE3000, IE4000, IE4010 & IE5000
