Symptom:
Customers are reporting that there is no option to change the Name & Email address on the Pre Meeting Experience. Only when they joined the first time, it was asked the email & name. 
This is a concern for end-users that have different email accounts and the name of the user, sometimes is different. 
Example:
The account: user.abc@example.org, was used to join and the name is User ABC. 
Then, if the same end-user wants to use another email account with a different name, there is no option to change the name and email address on the pre-meeting experience. And the end-user will appear on the participant list with the previous name: User ABC
