Description (partial)

Symptom:
In fail-over scenario where MAC address table needs to be updated by a Gratuitous ARP, the GARP packet is received on the ingress DFC card but may not be synchronized immediately with the other DFC cards in the switch.

Conditions:
Source MAC address is already learned in the MAC address table on the original interface.
DHCP snooping is enabled for the VLAN.
When GARP packet is received on new interface, MAC move does not happen instantaneously.
