Symptom:
When client roams from 9800 to AireOS with 9800 as Anchor, mac address flap messages are observed on switch.
The issue is observed when global multicast and IPv6 is enabled on AireOS WLC.
Due to mac flap, traffic disruption may be observed when WLCs are connected to different uplink switch
