Description (partial)

Symptom:
At the time the scheduled task for updated the service contract data for the device runs, the service contract data (if available) will populate TMS for CUCM managed devices. At some point, the contract status will revert to unknown

Conditions:
No specific conditions required, other than a full functional TMS deployment which contains CUCM managed endpoints
