Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading from a 14.2 release to a later 14.2 release, the remote leaf switch was inactive.

The spine switch appeared to be doing the correct NAT for the routable IP addresses, but there were no routes back to the APIC 2 and 3 in overlay-1 uRIB. Only APIC 1 was reachable, as it had the route populated in the uRIB through ISIS (originated from the leaf switch connected to APIC 1).

Conditions:
This issue occurs after upgrading from a 14.2 release to a later 14.2 release, and you have a remote leaf switch.
