Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco Web Security appliance (WSA) will stop accepting connections and show a warning message like below in proxy logs

Warning: PROXY_MISC : - : Disabling accept handlers due to memory pressure. (<max_value> > <current_value>)

Conditions:
All conditions below have to be meet for the issue to happen:
1) WSA configuration has large number of policies and/or URL categories configured
2) WSA has high number of connections which persist for long periods of time 
3) Configuration changes are made on WSA when the connections in (2) are present and active
