Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the Cisco ACI fabric 14.x releases, when EPG labels or subject labels are used, the contract name may be missing inside the Name column of the "show zoning-rule" command output when executed on a leaf switch.

Conditions:
This issue occurs when running a 14.x release and the following steps are performed:

1. Add subject labels to the EPGs and subjects on the contracts between the consumer and provider EPGs.
2. Execute the "show zoning-rule" command on the leaf switches. In the output, the Name column does not populate the name of the contract.
