GSU data polling is failing for CUCM clusters 12.x and 11.x with PCA 12.1 SP3 ES3

Utilization reports will fail to work as the data for these Assurance reports are obtained from GSU data.  There should be single GSU data file per managed CUCM node, GSU data files are maintained for 7 days.    

/opt/emms/cuom/data/gsu/_#GSUDATA#_   is the location of these files.   

This is your source when several types of reports, Utilization Monitor, Call Processor Health Summary, etc fail to provide data.

This has been observed with PCA 12.1 SP3 ES3
