Description (partial)

After ISSM from CPS 19.3 to 19.5, while running performance call model and trying restartall.sh, it can be observed that there are syntax errors in the logs.
[root@nd2cwa2pim01va ~]# restartall.sh
Currently active LB: lb02

This process will restart all QPS software on the nodes in this order:

lb01 pcrfclient02 qns01 qns02 qns03 qns04 qns05 qns06 qns07 qns08 qns09 qns10 qns11 udc01 udc02 udc03 udc04 udc05 udc06 pcrfclient01 lb02

During this process, all active TCP sessions to the `lb02' host
will be terminated, which will result in a peer flap of the diameter
and other traffic.

Do you wish to continue with restart process? [y/N] y

+++ restart qns services on lb01 +++++
-bash: line 1: syntax error in conditional expression
-bash: line 2: syntax error near `27400'
