Description (partial)

Symptom:
The component DME policy element process becomes out of service under a very limited and corner situation in 7.0(3)I7(7.61), which is also called Greensboro GMR7.

Conditions:
Problem is in GMR7 or before only. A node was write erase and then reloaded. The setup has dhcp server with ipv6 connectivity, which is not supported in GMR7. It is unknown how long POAP was running before it is aborted. This could be 30 minutes or even longer like 15 hours as in a test team longevity tests. After POAP is aborted, issued a command copy r s. Afterwards, DME policy element crashed.
