Description (partial)

Symptom:
When heavily oversubscribing the EGRESS interface IPv6 priority traffic is ?silently? being dropped. The drops are not seen on the interface or policy-map.  Notice the 14M drops on the DEFAULT Ixia traffic matches the drops throughout the CLI command outputs. Note within the policy-map the VOIP packets equal the Ixia RX frames and the 68,663 drops are not accounted for

Conditions:
when the interface is heavily oversubscribed.
