Description (partial)

The issue is seen only over  ASR1000-ESP100-X ,ASR1000-ESP200-X,

When this issue happens , the following message will be seen over IOS console and the ESP card will be reloaded
CMFP-2-FPGA_DOWNLOAD_FAILED: F1: cman_fp: Critical Error is detected while downloading the FPGA. After this card will reboot

This issue is solved as part of ESP's CPLD verion 20030413.

Symptom:
The issue can occur only when ESP card is reloaded or during chassis reloads (13RU,6x ,9x) and also 
It will only happen at either reload, power cycle or slot reload of ESP , will not impact in steady state

Conditions:
when this issue happens , please check the CPLD version output of the ESP card in the certian slot using the below command
->sh hw-programmable all
If the CPLD version  of the ESP is 20030413 and later then please bring it to Notice. 
if the CPLD version is lower than it  , please follow steps in futher description
