Description (partial)

LISP MSMR configured to export registrations to IPv4 or IPv6 RIB routes will export registrations if locators are reachable but all locators in the registration marked as admin down. MSMR should not have the route because this EID prefix will be considered as unreachable by Map-Request processing.

- LISP MSMR configured with "route-export site-registrations" for either IPv4 or IPv6
- Registration for an EID prefix has all locators with "admin priority" (255)
- Locators are reachable
