Description (partial)

VPN Connections made using the VPN Start Before Logon(SBL) module are disconnected during logon to the PC.

This issue can occur when you have connected to a network with the Network Access Manager(NAM) through use of the VPN SBL module prior to logging into the PC.  The issue will not happen if you are out of range of other configured networks in the NAM supplicant.
