Core 2: CPU utilization for five seconds: 99%; one minute: 99%;  five minutes: 90%  <<< ISSUE IS HERE
Core 3: CPU utilization for five seconds: 0%; one minute: 0%;  five minutes: 1%

Conditions:
Insertion of a SFP (OEM or Cisco, BX or FX...) does trigger a high CPU load in WS-X4248-FE-SFP LC.
A sole SFP is sufficient to repro the issue.

Issue is not limited to WS-X4248-FE-SFP; can be seen in other line cards like ME-X4448-GB-BDL.
