Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is Jabra headset and Dell screen connected to Dell thin client via the next path in JVDI environment:
Jabra headset --usb--> Dell Wyse Thin Client 3040 <-- Screen Dell P2418HZ.
Screen Dell P2418HZ has embedded microphone and speakers. But user wants to use Jabra headset all the time.

Scenario of the issue:
1. User is not using thin client for some time. Dell screen connected to thin client goes into standby mode after the timeout.
2. Once user returned and wakes Dell screen up, thin client finds the USB microphone and speaker of the screen again, but keeps Jabra headset as default audio device (which is correct).
3. However, sometimes on the 1st outgoing call Jabber makes, the ring tone comes out of speaker of Dell screen until called party picks up the call (which is incorrect), then audio goes via Jabra headset (which is correct).
The issue intermittently happens for the first outgoing call only, each subsequent outgoing call from the same Jabber client is not affected by it.

Conditions:
- Jabra Headset
- Display Dell P2418HZ
- Dell Wyse Thin Client 3040
- VXME Client OS - eLux RP 5.7.3000-3
