Symptom: Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to ESA using credentials. 2. Go to Options and set the language preference to Japanese. 3. Navigate to Monitor --> System Capacity, Click on Export next to any work queue. 4. Open the report and check the data. Conditions: Actual Result: Data error on downloaded System Capacity Report. Expected Results: User should be able to view on the data on Report excel.
