Description (partial)

Symptom:
This is because the Enterprise Chat and Email Installation and Configuration Guide contains misleading information related to the configuration of MRDs. It states that the email MRD can be set to 15000 and other MRDs should be configured to be no more than 5000. This would indicate the total for the system is greater than 15000 In fact, the system limit is 15000 for all queued route requests, so all MRDs totaled should be no more than 15000.

It further needs to be clarified that there is a maximum of 10000 tasks for each call type. If a customer has one call type for all email aliases, then the maximum that can be sent to UCCE is 10000. To handle more, the customer needs to create different call types for each alias.

The document should clearly state that the UCCE Design Guide, which contains the system wide limits, should be used to properly configure the system and that the entire load of the contact center, voice, chat, email, and third-party tasks, must alWhen configuring the MRD, max tasks in queue is stated that it can be configured is 15000. If a customer does configure this, then has 15000 emails across two call types, the load on the router can cause voice calls to be rejected.
