Description (partial)

Symptom:
After sensor upgrade attempt, the sensor appears to be inactive and fails check in.

Flow search will still show data being sent despite "inactive" status of sensor.

check_conf_update.log will display a 500 error
/usr/local/tet/log/check_conf_update.log

Conditions:
Need to find a way to upgrade rhel 7.7 sensors to version 3.3.2.2 without having them go inactive.
