Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco 9800 Wireless controller sends the sequence number in network order which is expected, but CMX is expecting in Little endian format. Thus, Aeroscout Engine detects that the sequence number and burst rate is inaccurate for AP2800 and AP3800
