Description (partial)

A CU was unable to access his PCP server due to the HTTP 401 error page that was caused by a licensing error returned by JBoss.  Error: JBossWeb/2.0.0.GA_CP

It appears that Smart Licensing will return an error to JBoss when there are old traditional licenses in the /opt/cupm/license directory of PCP. Smart Licensing was enabled on the server while the problem was happening, and PCP should ignore the /opt/cupm/license directory as traditional licensing is disabled.
