Cisco Bug: CSCvs77182 - ISE: Unable to use attribute "url-redirect" with HTTPS, same URL with HTTP works fine.

- Cisco Identity Services Engine
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When we try to modify an existing auth profile or with a new auth profile when we try to push "url-redirect" using Cisco AV-Pair using https then it gives the following error, but if we use http for the same URL then its gets submitted without any issues. "Unable to edit authorization profile(<Profile Name>) : Cannot find the portal. Please select the portal" This is business impacting for the customer as due to this they are not able to use their default "Blacklistportal" which uses HTTPS. This issue is not seen on ISE 2.4 but it is reproducible with ISE 2.6 onwards. Conditions: ISE version 2.6
