Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following RTMT alert is triggered:
Jan 13 11:34:20 xxx local7 2 : 338: xxx: Jan 13 2020 10:34:20.475 UTC : %UC_XcpCM-2-InvalidPushPacket: %[ErrorDescription=PNS: pushCall: Failed to get notification string from the packet][Type=PushNotification][component=XCPConfigMgr][AppID=Cisco XCP Config Manager][ClusterID=xxx][NodeID=xxx]: Cisco XCP Config Manager was not able to send Push Notification.

The following error lines are present in XCP Config Manager logs:
2020-01-13 11:34:20,475 ERROR [pool-4-thread-5] xmlframework.PushPacketHandler - PNS: Missing from/room field from packet
2020-01-13 11:34:20,475 ERROR [pool-4-thread-5] xmlframework.PushPacketHandler - PNS: Packet Ignored
2020-01-13 11:34:20,476 ERROR [pool-4-thread-5] xmlframework.PushPacketHandler - PNS: pushCall: Failed to get notification string

Ad-hoc/Persistent chat is used.
