Description (partial)

Symptom:
The phone is behaving too slow when dialing out digits. In a situation, when the user tried to press an extension, the phone automatically went for a reboot.

This defect apply to the 88xx with all VIDs

Conditions:
The customer is using 8851 with two KEMS.
