Symptom: Customer tries to configure agent web chat but experiences an exception Conditions: Finesse Desktop Chat requires the IM&P EC certificates (in format imphostname-EC.domain.com) to be trusted/trust exception in order for Desktop Chat to launch without experiencing an exception. This should be documented in internal documentation or external as well in desktop chat configuration documentation.
