Description (partial)

Install operation times out; or indicates that the "Package Manager" has timed out.

During a LNT install operation (either an operation or a show command), there are indications that something has timed out. The most likely outputs are similar to:

<cmdBold>RP/0/RP0/CPU0:Jul 16 14:46:44.830 UTC: instorch[148]: %INFRA-INSTALL-3-REPOQUERY_ERROR : Repoquery error encountered. Error: Timed out after 45 seconds. <noCmdBold>
<cmdBold>RP/0/RP0/CPU0:Jul 16 14:46:44.833 UTC: instorch[148]: %INFRA-INSTALL-3-ACTION_FAILED : Packaging operation 6.1.2 failed - 'Install' detected the 'warning' condition 'The package manager call took too long as was timed out. Please check connections to remote repositories.' <noCmdBold>

Or, from <cmdBold>show install request<noCmdBold>:
<cmdBold>Internal error on 1 node. First error: 0/7/CPU0: Node timed out when handling a request<noCmdBold>
